Gradeon is a personal collection-tracking app for trading cards. This page helps you find an answer quickly, or reach us directly.
A question, an issue, a suggestion: write to us at contact@gradeonapp.com. We reply directly — there is no form to fill in.
If you denied camera access by mistake, you can turn it back on from your phone's settings: Settings › Gradeon › Camera. The app also works without a camera, by picking an existing photo from your library instead of taking one on the spot.
Gradeon does not put users in contact and does not organise any trade. The app lets you compare your collection with another user's, and update your inventory once you have traded your cards yourselves, outside the app.
From the app: Profile › Delete my account. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and does not require writing to us.
